MSC was hired to supply and install the buildings for our self-storage facility in Pemberton. We were looking for a "local" (West Coast, Canadian) company to supply and install our building package and I was immediately impressed when I called MSC and I was transferred directly to the owner, Steve, who was nothing but courteous and down to earth with any and all questions I had.
MSC was fantastic to work with. As my first building project ever I needed a lot of help. They were patient and helpful during every phase of construction. Going above and beyond in the office and in the field.
Although we had some difficulties with building through the winter, our time delays were not the fault of the MSC crew. They worked through some fairly adverse Canadian winter conditions to ensure we stayed as close to schedule as possible.
MSC met our expectations in delivering the product on time and on budget. Where they really excelled is in all of the extra consultation required in helping me through the entire process.
