A Full-Service Steel Building for this Okanagan Family Farm

My name is Steve Day. I'm one of the owners of a family farm business here. We've been growing fruit in the Okanagan for five generations.
The scope of work that we did with Metal Structure Concepts was they were involved right from the beginning in the sizing and layout of the metal building. They supplied the erection company for putting the building up and were involved heavily with the construction and erection of the steel building.
Then even with the finishing guys inside the electricians and stuff, it was full-service.
The biggest challenge was that we started planning this project in the spring of 2021. Lots of supply issues, pricing and inflation issues. We managed to work through that process and get the project started.
We chose to go with MSCSteel for our project because the steel building prices were very competitive and being local guys it was a natural fit.
The finished product was really good and we're very happy with the quality and finish of the building. They managed to get the building done on time and on budget. So yeah, we were happy with the completion of the project.
I would definitely recommend MSC and the Ivanitz family to put up a building, for sure.
