Metal Structure Concepts is proud to be part of a new custom training hangar built for a partnership between Okanagan College and the BPL Legacy Association, operators of the KF Centre for Excellence in Kelowna. The project brings education and aviation together under one roof, supporting the next generation of aviation training in the Okanagan.

MSC is providing design coordination, supply, and installation for the pre-engineered steel building package, working alongside a team of experienced industry partners. The steel building comes from Canadian Metal Buildings, with insulated metal panel roof and wall systems from Falk Panels and structural steel erection by Western Canadian Steel.

The building envelope pairs 4-inch standing seam insulated metal panel (IMP) roof panels with 3-inch IMP wall panels, creating a durable, energy-efficient shell suited to a working training hangar.

With structural steel erection underway, the steel structure and insulated envelope are coming together as the project moves into its next phase of construction. It’s another specialized pre-engineered steel building in the Okanagan, and MSC is glad to help deliver it.

MSC Canada designs, supplies, and installs commercial steel buildings and metal buildings across British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Northern Canada.
