MSC is extremely proud of our continuous repeat business across Western Canada – Lawrence Meat Packaging being one of them. In the first phase, MSC supplied and erected the offices and cold storage buildings. The last phase was the sausage kitchen and packaging facility. This custom building features a dropped ceiling fully sealed, R-54 roof insulation, custom overhangs, custom tie-ins, and an 86-foot clear span design (to name a few).

We hired MSC after consulting with past customers and hearing how efficient and easy to work with they are…we were also impressed with their adherence to timelines and prices. So, we contacted MSC to help with the construction of two buildings. Our first project was a warehouse/sales building, and the second project was to erect our sausage kitchen and packaging facility expansion. To no surprise, both projects were managed well and came together even better than expected (despite the weather in Northern BC). The management and staff were very helpful throughout both projects – both in the planning and construction phases. A big thing that stood out to us was their adaptability to our design/project requirements and requests. Without a doubt, we would most definitely use and recommend MSC.
