A couple of years ago, I came up with the idea of building and getting involved with the construction of an office and warehouse to expand our company operations. Being in the business for nearly 30 years, I thought it would be a much simpler approach and boy was I wrong. It was a different world from anything I had known, I was very lost.

That is when I met Steve Ivanitz, owner, from Metal Structure Concepts Inc. Steve spent countless hours on the phone with me, when I was clueless on where to start and not having any idea about building commercial real estate. His ability to direct and guide me, through the process of my needs so effortlessly with his knowledge was invaluable. Steve directed me to a proper designer and architect, set of engineers and professionals, and of course to general contracting.

After months of Civil, Structural and prep work done by General Contractor; Steve and the MSC team were able to finally erect the most cost efficient, well-structured and architecturally sound building that we ordered. The finalization of the building was the product of great workmanship! I was very happy with the final product, as well as the team itself was professional and very safety oriented, which was very important to see and greatly appreciated.

One thing I would like to mention is that the price never changed from the original quote, despite tough economic times that we have all encountered lately, Steve and the MSC team truly honored his word and agreement.
