My name is Jacob Heigers. I'm the business development director of the business arm of the Kwanlin Dün First Nation of Whitehorse. So, this building behind me is a 12,000-square-foot pre-engineered steel building that will be fitted out for a mix of commercial and industrial use. 

What made this project time-sensitive was the need of the tenant. They needed building space late this year. We reduced the cost by not doing a lot of winter construction, which is reflected in a more affordable lease rate. 

I think what made us ultimately choose to work with metal building contractor MSC is a combination of factors. They are very proactive in engaging in a design-to-install project at the initial stages, when you're still thinking about things. They will take the time to figure out the building for you, project management, and work with you progressively on the budget, and they are a really good group to work with. 

We've found them to be extremely reliable over many projects, just top-notch guys. They know what they're doing. We call them the SEAL team of construction. And, yeah, we would handpick them. We would literally wait a year if they were not available to have them on a job. I would recommend MSC pretty much to anyone looking for this kind of product, as one of the better steel building suppliers and installers.
