Steve: Hi, I’m Steve Ivanitz, co-owner of Metal Structure Concepts. We’ve been supplying and installing pre-engineered steel buildings across Western Canada for over 20 years. What sets Metal Structure Concepts apart is our customer service and attention to detail. We have great professional crews in the field, we really care, and we take great pride in our projects. Tom Salmond from Tri-S Concrete explains how MSC completed his project in just a matter of months. 

Tom: Hi, I’m Tom Salmond and my company is Tri-S Concrete out of Fairview, BC, and we’ve been in business for 52 years. I was looking at building a new building, and I talked with a few different builders, but no one could really meet the needs I was after. I wanted a building, I wanted to start in the spring and wanted to be in by winter. Most builders were telling me, ‘Don’t even dream about being in there within the next 2 years’. Why I ultimately went with MSC is because they came in, and I was pouring in the foundation of my building in May, and we moved in in February! They did great work and got me in when I needed it. If I was putting up another building, I would definitely use MSC’s services, they were super to work with, and their crew are just fantastic. 

The Ivanitz family has a rich legacy of steel building in Canada. Corey Ivanitz, who runs the Alberta and Saskatchewan divisions of MSC in Canada, explains:

Corey: My grandfather started building steel buildings in the ’60s, and all my uncles which is Steve’s dad and my dad, Sam, and my uncle Kenny, all built steel buildings. We've probably, collectively as a family, put up over 700 buildings, I would say, in every province in Western Canada. From BC to Alberta and Saskatchewan, and up north, we’ve done a lot of remote projects, we’ve built buildings all over Canada, and it's what we’ve done as a family. 

John Drew from WoodCo Industries explains how MSC won his business on price and great customer service.

John: My name is John Drew, I’m the president of WoodCo Industries LTD.; we’re a Custom Cut Sawmill located in Barrier, BC. I got introduced to Steve Ivantiz of Metal Structure Concepts in 2017, where he quoted on our first building. We chose to work with Metal Structure Concepts, mainly because of Steve and his good attitude towards customer service, and competitive pricing. Metal Structure Concepts did a great job, and we’re very happy with their level of service.
