This custom steel building features insulated panels for the roof and walls, all steel interior mezzanine, and custom support beams for canopies to name a few. We engaged MSC to complete the Pre-Engineered building component of a Welding Facility for Okanagan College in Penticton, BC. The building included multiple building systems with which the pre-eng structure had to integrate, and their ability to adapt to suit the design intent was very important. This included specific architectural features, other structural systems, specialized equipment, and LEED certification requirements. Not only was MSC able to coordinate their design seamlessly with other consultants, they also delivered and installed their building on schedule and within budget. Overall, working with MSC on this project was a positive experience.
