A small but very custom building for the hospital in Powell River. MSC worked with Mobius Architecture helping design this linen and garbage storage building. As usual MSC’s expert crews did an outstanding job completing this building.
In January 2014, Steve Ivanitz (Project Manager) completed the Powell River Project in a 3 month span. This complex project required detailed coordination of trades and schedule flexibility to maintain the ongoing operations of the facility. The team members of MSC exhibited professionalism in their field construction and management endeavors, and completed all of the technical challenges to the stringent VCH standards. In conclusion, these team members of MSC helped to deliver on what was contracted and completed the process on time and on budget. I would not hesitate in recommending MSC for future construction services.
